Jr. Olympic Size Pool
Our sparkling swimming pool ranges from 3½ to 9½ feet deep, with plenty of room for those summer pool parties. A spacious deck surrounds the pool with lounge chairs and tables. We install convenient vending machines for the pool season. Lifeguards are on duty during pool hours, 10AM -8PM every day from Memorial Day Weekend until Labor Day Weekend.

Wading Pool
Our residents love to splash in our wading pool, located right next to the Jr. Olympic pool and open the same hours and days.

Free 24 Hour Fitness Center
Our mirrored Fitness Center is equipped with universal weight equipment, an elliptical trainer, two treadmills, a stair stepper, and cable TV. Pebble Creek residents get 24-hour key access to this newly-refurbished facility at no extra charge ($20 refundable key deposit, call information center for details).

Lighted Tennis Courts with Practice Board
We have two specially surfaced asphalt tennis courts, lighted for night matches. Hit a few balls to our practice board while you wait for your tennis partner!

Lighted Basket Ball Court
A half-court with one goal, perfect for practicing your free throw or shooting hoops with the gang.

Picnic Park
Grill out and enjoy the fresh air in this wooded setting. The tables, grills and terrific Roanoke views are waiting for you!

Playgrounds
Swing, slide or just monkey around at our fun play areas. Our newest playground has all new ADA Approved equipment and a bench.

Pebble Creek Clubhouse
Celebrate with up to 75 friends and relatives in our bright, roomy clubhouse. It has a fully equipped kitchen, wide-screen TV, CD player, bar and stools, dining tables and chairs, a sofa and matching chairs - and an outside deck area overlooking our Jr. Olympic pool. It's the place for parties

    Routine Maintenance
    All routine, non-emergency service requests should be called in to the Pebble Creek Information Center, 540-989-3323, Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm. We're proud of our same-day repair service! You may also email your maintenance request on line.

  • 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance
    The Pebble Creek maintenance team is on call, all the time for emergency repairs to your apartment. Residents simply call 540-989-3323 to report any and all maintenance problems. We ask that you use the after hours service only in the event of a maintenance emergency. We typically have one person on call for all after hours emergencies.

    The following are considered emergencies:
    • Gas leak
    • Water leak
    • No hot water
    • No heat or A/C
    • Inoperable Door Lock
    • Overflowing toilet
    • Inoperable range or refrigerator
    • Landing Lights Not Working
    • Inoperable Appliances
    • Any Situation That Could Cause Injury or Damage
    A resident will be required to be at home and answer the door for the maintenance technician for all calls taken between the hours of 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. This policy has to be implemented for the safety of our resident and staff. Thank you for your consideration.

  • Lockout Service
    Lockouts happen, and we're prepared. Should residents find themselves locked out of their apartments during office hours, they may stop by and borrow a spare key. After office hours, a small charge applies.

  • Apartment Sitting
    Residents planning to be away from home for 2 weeks or more may request that we visit their apartment to check for leaks, make sure the refrigerator is running, and water plants. We can refer you to a pet sitter, too.

  • Copies & Faxes
    Stop by our office for free photocopies (up to 10, then 5 cents each). We'll send local faxes for $1 a page; long distance faxes for $2 a page. Receive faxes for $1 a page.

  • Online Events Listing
    Check our events page for the latest information on our resident social events, holiday celebrations and other community events.

  • Gold Club
